Acceptance Therapy is a product of 10 years of experience working with different healing modalities. The birthing of this approach was sparked by the need to address issues from the inside out, rather than from the outside in. This goes counter to th current cultural way that is about finding ways outside of us to improve, correct or make us feel better.
Acceptance Therapy is rooted directly in the individual’s experience and focuses on our capacity to explore our unique path of healing. Using ancient yogic techniques through kundalini yoga, person centred counselling, reiki healing, reflexology, numerology, sound therapy and more, layers of conditioned beliefs, habits and emotions are gradually released, so that we are able to connect directly with the life force within us, which then becomes our compass. Guiding ourselves back inwards, is a journey of exploration into self-acceptance, self-love and self-nourishment.
Trusting our inner voice is a process of letting go of old conditioning, outdated enforced belief systems and perceived limitations of the self. Acceptance Therapy naturally challenges the current model/paradigm of a flawed humanity, to rest in our own inner wisdom….that we are the Master of our own destiny and we can create the life we would like to lead.
