Welcome to my site. It’s been a long time coming….

Acceptance Therapy includes all the tools I have worked with over the years, that have supported me in my own life path and  in working with others and witnessing their transformation.

Acceptance Therapy is about Self Love.  Love is the very essence of who we are. It is a journey of Returning to the very root of ourself without having to go through anyone or anything else.

When we are living from our centre, we have access to more creativity, more choices and clarity. Living from fear, means we use a more primitive part of ourselves which is disconnected from the body and there is a pattern to go into fight, flight, freeze. It is easy to go into judgement when we go into old patterns of behaviour that does not connect with the full context of the situation we are operating in.

The relationship we have with ourself is ultimately the most important. Hiding, holding back, trying to fit  in and moulding ourself to our environment, taking our cues from the outside  in order to survive , is a trauma response. Being busy and doing is also a way we can avoid ourself from healing our blocks and coming from a deeper more authentic place in ourself. Holding ourself in unconditional positive regard, means that we are accepting ourself, respecting our process, our current place and acknowledging this is temporary and will change.

Giving up on perfection, letting go of expectation or how you things should be in your life and coming back to ourself brings peace and a deep relaxation. It’s from this space of relaxation that everything becomes possible, because now we have come in to line with our truth. The pathways open up and draws in everything you need to build a better future. When we are disconnected, we feel that someone should help us but when we are connected back to ourself, we know who we are and we do not need any dependency on the outside. The power comes from inside, and the seed that is within us begins to grow in response to our own connection.

Kundalini Yoga, is a powerful tool of change and it allows people to experience themselves differently. It’s an ancient practice that people are increasingly learning , that it is an empowering technology that can help deal with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, emotional blocks and trauma in the body.

Kundalini Yoga is for everyone. It does not matter about your age, body shape, belief system, gender, sexuality. It is inclusive and continues to grow in communities, respecting all ways of life, religious beliefs, ability levels and socio economic backgrounds.

I teach classes, workshops, early morning meditation spaces and teacher trainings in Kundalini Yoga.

I am a person centred counsellor, and offer counselling, mentoring to support the process of change and healing within the individual. As well as other wonderful tools, numerology, reflexology, sound healing and sacred dance.
