Kundalini Yoga is a universal, effective and transformational set of tools to support you coming back to your own source connection…..bringing you back to yourself and back to balance. It is a combination of breath, posture, mudra, eye focus, mantra and body locks. It brings balance to the glandular system, strengthening the nervous system, expanding the lung capacity and purifying the blood.

I am a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer and I share classes, workshops, early morning practices and teacher trainings with the Sahej school.
