Join us at this special time of the year – Full Moon Eclipse in Taurus. A time of endings, closure, letting go and releasing. Drawing closer to Samhain, we will be coming together in circle to dance, breathe…remembering our ancestors. Working with them so we can let go of old family patterns that no longer serve us .
Being in ceremony with each other, honouring our departed family through mantra, meditation and prayer.

Working with kundalini yoga, we will connect with our life force energy to embody the changes we are making.

Please bring photos of departed family members so we can make an altar for our focus and ceremony .

Please bring yoga mat, cushion , blanket, snack to share , pen and paper .

This is open to new students and more experienced yoga students .
