What’s Included:
Monday 1 Hour X 5 Check In / Information on Fasting / Yogic Cleanse
Thursday 1.5 X 6 Class focussing on Liver, Digestion and elimination.
This will be a 6 week community cleanse during the time of Lent. This is a traditional time of fasting in the cycle of the year where by our bodies naturally want to let go of the winter time and heavier foods .
We will meet for 6 Thursday Yoga classes focussing on the liver, digestion , and elimination .
Also , we will meet for 5 Monday evening for an evening on foods, that will support our cleanse , plus information on fasting . This will include check in with group . I will offer information on fasting and invite you to take part in longer fasts .
We will start on Thursday 13th March for a class, there will be 6Thursday classes 7-8.30pm
13th March, 20th March, 27th March, 3rd April, 10th April, 17th April recordings available .
Mondays will begin 17th and there will be 5 Mondays 7-8pm 17th March, 24th March, 31st March, 7th April, 14th April .
I’ve always been inspired to fast and cleanse even when I was a young person – giving up treats during Lent. The picture of me for this post , was taken I had been fasting for 3 weeks on the melon diet . I have many experiences of fasting and committing to yogic diets and would like to open up a space online for us to come together to commit to a 6 week cleanse .
I will offer an invitation to start a 6 week Kitcheree diet / Green diet . Also, I will offer opportunities to fast together on certain days and guidance in how to make the most of these days and how to get through longer fasts . I will also teach Thursday evening classes that will promote detox , cleansing and ultimately support us in this journey .
