Welcome to my online 8 month course for sensitives, healers and anyone that feels aligned , called to this deep work .
This offering , Venus Rising …is an opportunity to connect to yourself and an online community through the practice of kundalini yoga.
Working with the chakra system, we will be working through the parts of us from
The base to The Auric Field . Allowing ourselves a full month to integrate it.
One Sunday a month, there will be a full day of practice , teaching , group activities, I will be sharing tools and resources to support you through the month . This will be recorded so you can repeat or of you cannot be there.
Sister Circle , one Thursday per month . This will be a sharing , check in session. A space for you to feel held and nurtured so you can ask questions , rest , relax and embody the work we are working with that month .
Invitations to 40 day practices , where I will begin the practice , be present in the middle and close them .
The first Sunday we will come together is Sunday 25th January , 10.00- 4.30pm and Thursday Sister Circle . There will also be an invitation for a daily practice from the beginning of this month .
We will begin in January and the same format will be for, February, March , April , May , June , July , August .
